LIMONTEJO
O Limoncello do Nosso Monte

Limontejo is our limoncello, produced with the ancient

and noble recipe of the italian liquor.

Using the natural lemons from our farm in Alentejo, with a craft production,
it’s the first “vero” limoncello that has ever been made in Portugal.

It's a sweet drink with the fresh and intense flavor of lemon;

served really cool it's an ideal digestive but it's also delicious

to enjoy any moment in good company.

LIMONTEJO

an italian story

OUR HISTORY
When traditions come together

Limontejo was born from the mixture of the Italian tradition with the finest Portuguese
products, brought together by a passion for gastronomy and socializing.

The first limoncello to be produced in Portugal arrives  with the signature of Francesco Catucci,

"italiano vero", passionate about Portugal.

Francesco and his Portuguese brother-in-law Miguel are the two creators

and responsible for the Limontejo brand.

LIMONTEJO

a portuguese passion

These two brothers in law shared the same two passions: limoncello and “la dolce vita”.
The family’s orchard did the rest and enabled their dream to come true.

"La ricetta della  mamma"  was the  inspiration for this craft limoncello

that evolved until reaching what we believe to be perfection.

And so Limontejo was born.

Respecting the oldest tradition, the products are used

in total respect for nature and our land.

Wonderful, truly delightful. We bought a 200 ml bottle in Monseraz on our tour of Alentejo holiday. It will always be a taste we associate with our happy time. Thank you.
